I am studying right now (yuck, yuck, yuck) and almost completely burned out on studying since it is mid-terms this week plus it's been rough at work as well. Sometimes I think I might go clinically insane with working 40 plus hours a week at work and going to school part-time for my Master's. It's rough.
So as a break from studying I wanted to post a blog about my lil' sis, Tamarah. Some of you may or may not know but my sister took a nanny job in Salt Lake City, Utah. It all happened really fast and she left within a week of first being offered the job.
The situation of the family she's a nanny for is really sad. The mother of the only child is in a wheelchair and I believe is mostly paralyzed, which resulted from having the child. The father is a lawyer who is constantly working and really has no time for the little girl. In fact, my sister thinks that the father didn't really want any kids because his attitude towards his child is not very healthy. How sad. How can anyone feel that way towards their own child???

On a happier note, Tam loves the little girl, Isabelle and so far, likes Salt Lake City. She sent pictures and she's right, the Isabelle is adorable!! Keep sending more pics, Tam, and good luck with your new life in Salt Lake City!! (Let 'em know how great Texas is though!)
