Ionic Cleanse

At work we have a salon and the lady who runs it bought an Ionic Cleansing machine. I tried it out yesterday. I felt awesome! It is amazing that all these toxins in your body come out through your feet but also gross at the same time. I really did feel lighter. If you know where one is, give it a shot. Here's how it works (I found the info on the Internet):

"The energy causes the largest pores in the body located in the feet to open even larger. Toxins are pulled down because of gravity to the lowest point in the body which is your feet. This state-of-the-art "ion cleanse machine" raises health care to a new level. It energizes water with direct current (DC) to create an energy field which research has shown is bio-available to living things. This process is referred to by scientist as electrolysis. As toxins leak out of your feet into the water, certain color changes of the water during the detox process correlate to certain organs that are being detoxified."
