Here's how my week has been:1. I can't seem to upload any of my videos to my blog. I have tried to research a way to make the size of the video smaller and I just can't do it. And they are some pretty good videos....
2. The weather was 37 yesterday and was supposed to be 62 degrees today. I wore a breezy shirt to work today to celebrate the warm weather only to have the weather make a fool of me. I come outside and not only is it cold but foggy and rainy. Yuck. For goodness sake, it's December!!
3. I know that it's really close to the holidays but I really feel like something else is going on in TV world. I really think it's the writers and their strike. I am about to fly to LA myself and give them whatever it is they want to get them to do their job again. Yesterday I looked in our TiVo for the schedule for the week and I notice....NOTHING is being recorded!! I surfed the channels and settled for a movie starring Cedric the Entertainer (which will remain nameless for reasons of embarrassment) and then after turning that movie off after about 10 minutes, I almost started crying. I don't remember TV going terrible this far away from Christmas before. Call me crazy but those writers do make all the difference in the world and at this point, I may be writing a letter to my Senator.....
4, and last. I would love to blog everyday (especially now since TV sucks). But I can't because my Internet connection is like a person. To be exact, an overweight person that doesn't like to do anything except eat and sleep. The Internet only works when it wants and sometimes only for about 3 minutes. Then it sits on the bench for about an hour and a half until coach puts it back in the game to play for another whopping 3-4 minutes. But then it has to stop because the wheezing is so bad and it's making a fool of itself. I love being in the middle of sending an e-mail when the Internet decides to join a game of dodge ball where it becomes a quick and easy target and my e-mail is stopped somewhere in cyberspace. Since our budget can not afford better Internet right now, we're stuck with Fatty McGee for quite awhile.....
I guess it's really not that bad but maybe I am a little bit of a drama queen!! I'm sure Dr. Phil has some good advice for me--I'll go check it out........
