Plano Hot Air Balloon Festival

So last Saturday the Peters family and myself went to the Plano Balloon Festival. It was awesome! The food was great, the balloons were cool, and they had this amazing firework show that the kids loved. Vincent didn't go and now he regrets it......

We got food from this place called The Texas Skillet. Oh my gosh, it was sooooooo good. They had this HUGE skillet and they were cooking potatoes, steak, and peppers. Then put all that in a burrito and covered it with cheese. Big Bertha (the fat girl trapped inside me) was going nuts. If they're at the State Fair, I'm all there.
